I had a mixed experience with Air alliance s.r.l. Overall, their customer service was great and I found their website easy to navigate. However, I did encounter a few issues with their booking system which was a bit frustrating. The staff was polite and helpful in resolving the issues though. I would say that they have room for improvement but overall, my experience was satisfactory.
