I recently started banking with this company and found their website easy to navigate and informative. However, I did encounter some challenges when trying to access certain features on the mobile app. It took longer than expected to resolve the issue with customer service. 🤔 The interest rates and fees are reasonable, but I wish the deposit processing time was faster. Overall, the experience has been average, but I hope to see improvements in the future.
