I recently started going to a yoga studio near my house and I have to say, it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are fantastic and the environment is so peaceful. I leave every class feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would recommend anyone looking to start or continue their yoga journey to give Padmasanayoga a try!
