I recently invested in a CNC machine and decided to go for Makino. The machine itself is great - it's reliable and produces high-quality results. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took quite some time to get a response to my inquiries, and the overall communication was not as smooth as I expected. Nevertheless, if you're looking for a good CNC machine, Makino is definitely worth considering.
