I have mixed feelings about The Harper Co. On one ...

I have mixed feelings about The Harper Co. On one hand, the product I bought was good and the delivery was on time. On the other hand, the customer service was lacking. The representatives didn't seem interested in assisting me and were not very knowledgeable. Overall, an average experience.
