I recently flew with a budget airline for the first time and overall it was an average experience. The company's website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to book my flight. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff at the check-in counter seemed disinterested and did not provide much assistance. Once on the plane, the seats were cramped and uncomfortable, making it difficult to relax during the flight. The in-flight food options were limited and not very appetizing. On a positive note, the flight was on time, which I appreciated. Overall, I would rate the company as average. While the ticket prices were affordable, the lackluster customer service and uncomfortable seating made the overall experience just okay.
