I recently had an average experience with this company. The customer service was somewhat unresponsive, and I encountered some issues with the product I purchased. The delivery was delayed, and the communication about it was not very clear. However, I must say that the product itself was of good quality once I received it. I think there's potential for improvement in their customer service and logistics to enhance the overall customer experience. I appreciate the effort put into the product but hope they can focus on streamlining their processes and communication in the future.
