I recently had to visit a local collision repair shop after a minor fender bender, and I chose this particular establishment due to its convenient location and positive online reviews. When I arrived, the staff was courteous and efficient, but I found the overall communication during the repair process to be somewhat lacking. Although the final result was satisfactory, I felt that there could have been more transparency and updates regarding the timeline and progress of the repairs. Additionally, the cleanliness of the waiting area left much to be desired. However, the technicians did a commendable job on the repairs, and the vehicle was returned in a decent condition. Overall, the experience was average, and I would recommend the shop for minor repairs but with the caveat of improved communication and cleanliness.
