I recently used this company's software for case management and I have to say that I am somewhat satisfied with the experience. The interface was user-friendly and the system was relatively easy to navigate. However, I found the customer support to be a bit lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my queries, which was frustrating at times. 🙁 I also encountered a few technical glitches during my usage, which affected the overall efficiency of the software. On the positive side, the software did offer some useful features that helped streamline our case management process. Overall, it's an average experience, but there are definite areas for improvement.
