I ordered some custom embroidery from a company I found online, and I must say I was a bit disappointed with the final product. The stitching was good, but the design didn't come out as expected. The website's interface was easy to use, but it lacked certain features that could have helped me visualize the design better. The customer service was responsive and helpful, though, so they were able to assist me with my concerns. Overall, it was an average experience with Print and Stitch.
