I have mixed feelings about Bell + Howell. While their products are good, I have faced some issues with their customer service. There have been instances where my queries were not answered or it took a long time to get a response. However, when the customer service did respond, they were helpful and resolved the issue. I believe there is room for improvement in this aspect.
