I would rate Eastend as average. The company website, eastend.co.nz, is pretty easy to navigate and find the information I need. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke to were not very helpful and seemed uninformed about their own products. Overall, I had a decent experience, but there is definitely room for improvement.
