I recently booked a trip to Spain through an online travel agency and had a wonderful experience. The tours organized by the agency were well-structured and informative. The guides were knowledgeable and passionate about their work. I especially loved the trip to Barcelona and the Gaudi architecture. The only downside was the lack of communication from the agency regarding the change in schedule. Overall, it was a great experience and I would recommend it to others.
