However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other companies offering similar products. The customer service was average, with timely responses to my inquiries. The installation process was smooth, and the quality of the flooring was satisfactory. On the downside, I did notice a few minor imperfections in the finishing of the floors, which I wasn't entirely thrilled about.
