I recently had the opportunity to interact with Reakgona Group of companies and my overall experience was average. The company's customer service was helpful, but the communication was a bit inconsistent at times. Their products were of decent quality but lacked a bit of variety. On the positive side, their delivery was prompt and the packaging was impressive. However, I believe there's room for improvement in terms of product range and customer engagement. The staff members were friendly and approachable, which was a plus. Overall, I’d say it was a satisfactory experience, but maybe not outstanding. 🤔
