I had an average experience with African Sun Limited. The website africansunhotels.com was easy to navigate, but I found the booking process to be a bit confusing. Overall, the customer service was satisfactory, and the facilities were decent. However, there were a few issues with cleanliness in some areas of the hotel. I hope they improve their service in the future.
