I recently had the opportunity to visit Summit Dental Group for a routine check-up. The overall experience was quite average. The staff was friendly and attentive, but the waiting time was a bit longer than expected. The dental hygienist did a decent job cleaning my teeth, but I felt that they rushed through the process. The dentist was professional and thorough during the examination, but lacked the personal touch that I have experienced elsewhere. The office itself was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable environment. However, I did find the prices to be slightly higher compared to other dental practices in the area. While my visit was satisfactory, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and customer service.
