Hartig Yoga is an absolute delight! The instructors are talented, passionate, and create a positive environment for all. The classes are well-paced and offer a good mix of challenge and relaxation. The studio is clean, inviting, and has a serene ambiance. I especially love the themed classes they occasionally have. I highly recommend Hartig Yoga for a truly enriching yoga experience!
