I recently had an experience with a company that shall remain unnamed. I was looking for a specific product and came across a website that seemed promising. The website was easy to navigate and had a wide selection of products. However, when I placed my order, I received the wrong item. It was frustrating and time-consuming to deal with their customer service. Thankfully, Nordstrom interactive came to the rescue. I found the same product on nintera.com and decided to give it a try. I am happy to say that my experience with Nordstrom interactive was much better. The product I ordered arrived on time and was exactly what I expected. The customer service was prompt and efficient. While the experience was not exceptional, it was definitely better than my previous one.
