🏨📈 Very impressed with the boost in direct bookings since using their services! The website is easy to navigate and their solutions have definitely increased our revenue. 👍 Their team was friendly and offered helpful advice for our hotel. However, there were a few aspects that could be improved. The response time to our queries could be faster and sometimes the information provided was not as detailed as we hoped. 😕 Additionally, the pricing for their services seemed a bit on the higher side compared to other similar companies. Nonetheless, the positive results we achieved with increased direct bookings made up for these minor shortcomings. Overall, they have helped our hotel generate more revenue, but there is room for improvement in terms of communication and pricing. Keep up the good work! 🌟
