I had a mixed experience with Lecomble et schmitt (groupe artzainak). The customer service was excellent, they were very responsive and helpful. However, the product I received was not up to my expectations. It had some defects and didn't function properly. I had to get it fixed multiple times, which was quite frustrating. Overall, the company has good potential, but they need to improve the quality of their products.
