I had a very average experience with Pt. netplustechnology. The website had a decent layout, but the overall user experience was not great. The navigation was confusing, and it took me a while to find the information I was looking for. The customer service was also mediocre, as the representatives seemed uninformed and unhelpful. I would not recommend Pt. netplustechnology based on my experience.
