I had an average experience with Fractal experience design. The website fractalarea.com is visually appealing and user-friendly, but I expected more innovative and out-of-the-box design solutions. The overall design seemed a bit generic and lacking in creativity. However, the team was professional and delivered the project on time. The communication was smooth and they were responsive to feedback. In conclusion, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
