I recently used the services of a real estate company, and overall, my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate, allowing me to search for properties easily. However, the search results were quite limited, and I felt that there could have been more options available. Additionally, the communication with the company was satisfactory, but there were times when it took longer than expected to receive a response. Furthermore, the customer service provided was average, as the staff seemed knowledgeable, but not particularly friendly or accommodating. In terms of the overall transaction process, it was smooth, and I was able to close the deal without any major issues. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of their property listings and customer service.
