🌱 As a customer, I recently used the services of this company and overall it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. The turnaround time for my soil analysis was reasonable, but not exceptional.

However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff was polite, but seemed disinterested in providing any additional support or answering my follow-up questions. This left me feeling a bit frustrated and wishing for more personalized attention.

On the positive side, the report I received was well-organized and provided the necessary information for my agricultural needs. The prices were also competitive compared to other similar companies.

Overall, while the company provided a decent service, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and engagement. It would be great if they could focus on providing a more interactive and personalized experience to their customers.
