I recently used the services of a local electrical company for some repairs in my home. They go by the name Skye Maxx Electrical Services and their website is skymaxx.com.au. I must say, my experience with them was pretty average. The technicians were competent in their work and completed the repairs within the agreed timeframe. However, I found their customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while for them to respond to my initial inquiry and their communication throughout the process was not very proactive. Additionally, their pricing was on the higher side compared to other electricians in the area. On the positive side, the quality of their work was satisfactory and they did rectify any issues that arose during the repairs. Overall, my experience with Skye Maxx Electrical Services was average. I might consider using them again if I couldn't find another company that offers better customer service and competitive pricing.
