I recently moved into an apartment managed by a property management company I found online. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the level of service provided by Parkchester Preservation Management. The leasing process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The apartment itself is in good condition, and any maintenance requests I have submitted were addressed promptly.
