I recently hired a security service for my office from this company's website. The process of contacting them and discussing our needs was quite smooth, and their prompt response was appreciated. However, once the actual security personnel were deployed, there were a few hiccups. The guards were not as professional as expected, and their knowledge and training seemed to be lacking in certain areas. Moreover, timeliness and reliability were sometimes an issue, as there were instances of late arrivals and missing shifts. On the positive side, the company did address our concerns and took corrective measures to improve the situation. While they were not exceptional in terms of service delivery, they did eventually rectify the situation and ensure a better experience for us. Overall, an average service provider.
