Viajes 3b is an average company. Their service is decent, but nothing exceptional. I found their website to be user-friendly, which made booking a trip fairly easy. However, their customer service could be improved. The staff was not very helpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. Overall, my experience with Viajes 3b was just average.
