I recently used a real estate service for buying my new house, and I had an average experience. The service was okay, but I expected more. The website was user-friendly, and it was easy to browse through the available properties. However, the customer support was not very responsive, and it took longer than expected to get the information I needed. Overall, it was an average experience.
