I recently used Martha Murray Real Estate to sell my property on Cape Cod, and I must say, I had an average experience overall. The agents were professional and knowledgeable, but I felt like they lacked a personal touch. While the company's website was easy to navigate, it didn't provide much information about the local market. The responsiveness of the agents was average as well, as they took some time to get back to me with updates. The marketing efforts were decent, but I expected more creativity in reaching potential buyers. The company did manage to sell my property, but I believe it could have been done more efficiently. Despite the average experience, Martha Murray Real Estate served its purpose adequately.
