I recently purchased products from this company and found their website to be user-friendly and easy to navigate. The range of medical equipment available is extensive, and the product descriptions were informative. The ordering process was straightforward, and the products arrived in a timely manner. However, I found the customer service to be lacking as it took a while to get a response to my inquiry. Additionally, the packaging was not as secure as I would have liked, and a few items arrived slightly damaged. Overall, the experience was average. I hope the company can improve its customer service and packaging to ensure a better experience for future customers. 👍🏼
