I have been working at a company that deals with digital technology for Disney parks & resorts for a while now. Overall, it has been a great experience. The company provides a supportive work environment and encourages collaboration among teammates. The leadership team is also approachable and open to feedback. The only downside is that sometimes the workload can be a bit overwhelming, but I guess that's expected in the digital industry. I would highly recommend working at Disney parks & resorts digital.
