I had a mixed experience with the video production company I hired. While they were able to deliver the final product on time and it was of decent quality, the overall experience was not as great as I had hoped. There were a few communication issues and the team seemed a bit disorganized. However, they were willing to make adjustments based on my feedback, which I appreciated.
