I recently used the design-works.com website to request a logo design for my small business. While the initial concept was promising, the process of revisions and back-and-forth communication felt a bit clunky. It took longer than expected to finalize the design, and I felt as though clearer timelines and expectations would have been helpful. However, the final design did meet my needs, and the quality was decent for the price. I appreciated the courteous customer service and the willingness to make adjustments until I was satisfied. 👍 Overall, I'd say it was a satisfactory experience, but there is room for improvement in terms of efficiency and communication.
