I recently had an appointment with POYNTER, TAMARA M NP and I must say that my experience was average. The service was neither exceptional nor terrible. The nurse practitioner was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. However, the wait time was quite long, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
