As a frequent hot air balloon enthusiast, I have flown with many different companies over the years. I recently flew with Rainbow Ryders and was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and attention to detail. The entire experience, from booking the flight to the actual balloon ride, was seamless. The pilot was skilled and knowledgeable, providing interesting commentary throughout the flight.
