I recently had the opportunity to book a retreat through their website and overall, my experience was alright. The website itself is user-friendly and easy to navigate, making the booking process quite smooth. However, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. Also, upon arrival, I noticed that some amenities were not as advertised. Despite these setbacks, the retreat location was beautiful and serene, offering a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist me. While I had an average experience with Ryzio retreats, I appreciate their efforts to provide a tranquil environment. There's certainly scope for improvement, but I believe with some tweaks, this company has the potential to become a top-notch retreat provider. 😊
