I recently had the opportunity to interact with Te Tuhi and I must say, the experience was average. While their website is easy to navigate and they seem to have a good range of services, their customer service left much to be desired. It took quite some time for them to respond to my queries, and even then, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I expected better from such a renowned company.
