I recently tried out a chatbot service on a website. The experience was quite good and I found the chatbot to be quite helpful. It was able to understand my queries and provided me with accurate responses. I also liked the fact that the chatbot was available 24/7. Overall, I had a positive experience using this service and would recommend it to others.
