I recently had to get my air conditioning system repaired, and I chose Idealair group (pty) ltd for the job. The technician who came to my house was friendly and professional. He quickly identified the issue and fixed it efficiently. However, I was not completely satisfied with the overall service. There were a few minor issues with the scheduling and communication, but the technician managed to resolve them. Overall, I would say the service was satisfactory.
