I recently purchased a camping chair from their website and was quite satisfied with the lightweight design and durability. However, the shipping took longer than expected and the customer service response was a bit slow when I inquired about the delay. The product itself is top-notch 👍, but the overall experience was average. I wish they could improve their communication and shipping process to match the quality of their products. I might consider ordering again in the future, but only if they work on these areas.
