The experience I had with ScotCro was not so great...

The experience I had with ScotCro was not so great. The product I ordered took longer than expected to arrive and when it did, it was not in the best condition. However, I contacted their customer service and they were able to resolve the issue promptly. Although the initial experience was disappointing, their customer service saved the day.
