I absolutely love Flying lotus aerial yoga! Their classes are amazing and I always leave feeling rejuvenated and energized. The instructors are skilled and knowledgeable, and they create a supportive and non-judgmental environment. The studio space is beautiful and well-maintained. I highly recommend trying out aerial yoga at Flying lotus!
