I have been a member of Crossfit Vaskia for over a year now and I can confidently say that it is worth every penny. The trainers are fantastic and always ensure proper form and technique. The workouts are intense but highly effective. The community at Crossfit Vaskia is so supportive and welcoming. I can't imagine going anywhere else!
