I have been a customer of Ping an wealth management inc. for the past two years and I must say that their services are quite average. While they do offer a wide range of investment options, I have found their customer service to be lacking. It often takes a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and sometimes they don't even provide a clear answer. Overall, I would rate them as average.
