As a plant enthusiast, I stumbled upon this company's website and was intrigued by the variety of plants offered. However, my experience with the customer service left much to be desired. The website layout was user-friendly, but I found some information lacking, making it difficult to decide on the best plants for my space. The plant selection was decent, but I wish there were more unique and rare options available. The shipping process was smooth, but I received one of my plants in less than ideal condition. Overall, my experience was average, and I would consider exploring other options before making a purchase next time. 🌿
