I recently used the services of the Santa Clara County Dispute Resolution & Ombuds Program and found it to be an average experience. The website swd.uk.com was user-friendly and provided helpful information about the program. However, the overall resolution process was a bit slow and could have been more efficient. The staff members were professional and knowledgeable, but their response time to my inquiries could have been improved. While the program did help in resolving my dispute, I felt that there was room for improvement in terms of communication and timeliness. Overall, I would rate my experience as average, as the program delivered on its promise but could have provided a better customer experience.
