I recently hired this cleaning company for my apartment, and overall, I had an average experience 😐. The website was easy to navigate, providing all the necessary information. However, the service itself was just okay. The cleaners arrived on time, which was a plus ⏰. They did a decent job, but I expected a little more attention to detail. Some areas were missed, and the floors weren't thoroughly cleaned 🧹. The communication with the company was satisfactory, but not exceptional. They were responsive to my inquiries, but the overall customer service lacked personal touch. 💬 While the price was reasonable, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning. I would consider using this company again, but with a lower set of expectations.
