I have been a member of this gym for a few weeks now and I am very impressed. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The classes are great and the trainers are knowledgeable and motivating. The gym has a wide range of equipment to choose from. I highly recommend Lifestyle Fitness - Health and Wellness!
